here's the deal, i want to have my hair which is naturally wavy to hold curls in more. like keri russell's hair on felicity you know she had these gorgeous curls and i'm like why can't i have those same curls? so i heard that perms make your hair curly but is that like a relaxer or is it something else? because whenever i got relaxers it just made my hair bone straight so please i just need hair help all i want are curls that last for more than one day!! please anybody help me!...
